We're looking for a Front Desk Admin Clerk who takes pride in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our students, teachers, and visitors. If you're someone who enjoys multitasking, cares about details, and thrives in a friendly, fast-paced setting, we’d love to meet you.

💼 Job Responsibilities

Reception & Student Support

  • Greet and assist students and guests at the reception
  • Answer general phone and in-person enquiries
  • Provide information to students and parents, including classroom directions and course details
  • Assist with children and special needs companions during class hours

Class & Scheduling Support

  • Manage student attendance records
  • Schedule and book lessons based on teacher and student availability
  • Monitor and update class timetables and classroom assignments

Facilities Maintenance

  • Ensure reception, classrooms, staff rooms, pantry, and common areas are tidy and presentable throughout the day
  • Maintain proper ventilation and lighting in all teaching and shared spaces
  • Check and ensure school facilities (AC, lights, speakers, whiteboards, etc.) are in working condition
  • Handle classroom setup before and after each day (chairs, whiteboards, materials, etc.)

Stock & Inventory Management

  • Monitor and maintain supplies (pantry, stationery, cleaning, classroom, welcome kits, etc.)
  • Receive and log deliveries, and check the school mailbox
  • Liaise with the person-in-charge for reordering stock when needed

Cashiering Duties

  • Handle physical cash payments and vouchers securely and accurately
  • Record all transactions in line with company procedures

General Admin

  • Support the team with ad-hoc admin tasks assigned by the reporting manager
