Job summary

A leading logistics company based in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to manage daily operations and documentation workflows. The role involves coordinating import and export shipping matters, ensuring timely receipt and delivery of shipments, and managing shipping documentation formalities. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a Freight Forwarding environment and preferably possess GCE O/N levels. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

• Familiarity with shipping documentation formalities.
• Ability to start within short notice.

Job Description:

• Handle day-to-day operations and oversees all documentation and operational work flow
• Coordinate Import and Export shipping matters according to customers’ requirements.
• Work closely with overseas agents/carriers/co-loaders and vendors to support timely receipt and delivery of shipments
• Manage shipping documentation formalities (Port Authority/Customs/Tradenet/Portnet)
• Arrange booking with carriers/co-loaders and execute all pertinent shipping documentation (eg. Custom Permits, Shipping Order, Delivery Instruction etc)
• Ensure proper and timely billing and closing of jobs

Job Requirement:

• Preferably minimum qualification GCE O/N levels.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with a Freight Forwarding organization familiar with import & export processes
• Able to start within short notice would be advantageous

Salary to commensurate with experience.
