About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Executive to join our team at Loot A Brick. This is a commission-based role, ideal for a self-starter who excels at building relationships and closing B2B deals. You will focus on two key service offerings: corporate gifting and team-building activities using toy bricks. This is a part-time, flexible position where you work on your own schedule and are compensated for every successful deal you close.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential corporate clients who may have a need for unique corporate gifts or engaging team-building activities.
  • Outreach & Relationship Building: Initiate contact with key decision-makers (e.g., HR managers, marketing directors) to introduce Loot A Brick's corporate offerings.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Present our corporate gifting and team-building solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
  • Client Management: Work closely with clients from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Market Feedback: Provide insights from the market to help refine our corporate offerings and sales strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate account management, or business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A self-motivated and persistent individual with a flair for relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
