Avante Gym & Yoga is looking for a motivated and professional Freelance Membership Consultant to support our membership and corporate sales. This role focuses on engaging potential members, understanding their fitness goals, and recommending suitable membership or training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in, online, and referral enquiries professionally
• Understand clients’ fitness and wellness goals before recommending packages
• Present gym memberships, personal training, and yoga package clearly
• Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, phone, or in person
• Close sales and achieve agreed targets
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and conversions
• Represent Avante Gym & Yoga in a professional and ethical manner

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience preferred (fitness / wellness industry is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, responsible, and results-oriented
• Comfortable working independently on a freelance basis
• Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
