Summary Benefits
  • Location: Kentridge, Singapore

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

  • Basic: $3500 to $4800

Job Responsibilities
  • Application of emulsifiers in cake products.

  • Responsible for developing new food improvers, formulations, and applications.

  • Provide on-site troubleshooting support at both internal and external locations.

  • Collaborate with Sales team to ensure products meet client requirements.

  • Propose and develop innovative concepts and prototypes based on market trends and business needs.

  • Document all methods, tasks, and findings for assigned projects.

  • Ensure compliance of new and existing products with relevant legislation.

  • Prepare product samples as required.

  • Bake cakes, rolls, and pastries for testing and development purposes.

  • Conduct baking comparison tests for emulsifiers.

  • Develop new bakery recipes, concepts, and products for the baking industry.

  • Design, prepare, and implement shelf‑life testing for specific products.

  • Present new products to customers and conduct live demonstrations at bakery seminars.

  • Evaluate product performance and provide technical support to customers.

  • Maintain hygiene standards and ensure a safe working environment.
