Job summary

A leading food service provider in Singapore is seeking candidates for Quality Assurance roles including QA Executive, QC Officer, or QC Inspector. You will conduct inspections of raw materials and finished products, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and assist in administrative responsibilities. Ideal candidates should have a Tertiary Education in Food Science or related fields and possess strong observational skills and attention to detail. A 5.5 days workweek is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs.
• Perform tests and record data on product quality and safety.
• Identify and report any defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints related to product quality.
• Collect all the documents records and follow up on administrative work.
