Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional service of food and beverages in the restaurant, maintaining budgeted profits through effective cost and stock control. This role involves supervising team members and ensuring all guests receive high-quality service in line with Hilton standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a high customer service focus, always keeping guests in mind.
  2. Take initiative to resolve issues and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
  3. Contribute ideas to improve operational and environmental procedures.
  4. Promote Hilton’s services and facilities to guests and suppliers.
  5. Ensure safety for yourself and others in the workplace.
  6. Know and explain the food and beverage menu contents, including dietary requirements.
  7. Work with management to improve customer service.
  8. Complete product knowledge checklists.
  9. Suggest menu options suitable for guests of different nationalities.
  10. Familiarize with other outlet menus to recommend alternatives.
  11. Know the operating hours of all outlets.
  12. Recommend other restaurants and local attractions to guests.
  13. Check team members' product knowledge regularly.
  14. Ensure restaurant areas are set up to standard for all service periods.
  15. Manage reservations and ensure readiness for large bookings.
  16. Assist team members and carry out duties as requested by the manager.
  17. Brief team members before shifts and review shift performance.
  18. Greet guests warmly, assist with queries, and ensure service standards are met.
  19. Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in all areas.
  20. Supervise restaurant staffing, control labor costs, and adjust schedules as needed.
  21. Assist in training new and existing team members.
  22. Provide constructive feedback to develop team skills and confidence.
  23. Lead by example, offering professional skills and direction.
  24. Complete handovers and briefings at shift change.
  25. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
