We’re Hiring: Food & Beverage (F&B) Administrator

Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for keeping things organised? We are looking for a proactive and supportive individual to join our Food & Beverage (F&B) team as an Administrator. In this role, you’ll play a key part behind the scenes, ensuring smooth administrative operations while supporting our exciting F&B events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry of sales reports, purchase orders, supplier invoices, and staff records.
  • Maintain and update departmental files, rosters, and training records.
  • Support the F&B team during events, including preparing documents, coordinating logistics, and handling guest lists or sign-in sheets.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Provide administrative support such as drafting notices, consolidating timesheets, and assisting in internal communications.
  • Any other duties assigned to support smooth F&B operations.
Requirements
  • Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with good attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to support F&B events, including occasional evenings or weekends.
