Core Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and drive the annual and medium‑term business strategy and budget for the F&B division.
- Lead market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identify new revenue growth opportunities (e.g., new concepts, channels, cross‑sector collaborations).
- Hold ultimate accountability for the P&L (Profit & Loss) of the entire F&B operation, ensuring profitability targets are met and exceeded.
2. Operational Excellence & Innovation
- Establish and enforce the highest standards of operational efficiency, guest service, and quality across all outlets.
- Spearhead innovation in menu design, service concepts, and technological integration to enhance the guest experience and operational agility.
- Implement rigorous cost control systems for food, beverage, labor, and supplies without compromising quality.
3. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a large and diverse team of managers and staff. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Design and oversee talent development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal departments.
Key Requirements
1. Education & Experience
- A college diploma (or equivalent practical experience) is the minimum requirement. A specific major is not mandatory.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management, with at least 3-5 years in a multi‑unit or senior strategic role (e.g., Cluster F&B Manager, Regional Manager, or Head of Operations for a group).
- A verifiable track record of improving profitability, growing revenue, and elevating brand standards in a competitive environment.
