Job description

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Floor Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations at our dynamic start-up. This role involves managing guest seating, supervising service flow, and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome & Seating: Greet guests professionally, manage reservations and waitlists, and coordinate seating to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times.
  • Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, address inquiries, and provide menu recommendations or information on specials.
  • Service Oversight: Monitor and support service staff to ensure prompt, accurate delivery of food and beverages, and that all areas are properly set and maintained.
  • Operational Coordination: Maintain clear communication with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Cleanliness & Presentation: Ensure the hostess stand, waiting area, and dining spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Compliance & Readiness: Uphold health and safety standards and oversee the restocking of essential front-of-house supplies.
