About the Job

In this pivotal leadership role, you will act as a strategic finance partner to the executive team and department heads, providing actionable financial insights to guide critical business decisions.

You will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, which includes overseeing the creation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term five-year strategic plans. The position requires you to manage monthly financial reporting, analyze variances, and ensure the accuracy of income and expenditure entries while driving initiatives in cost allocation, pricing strategies, and scenario modeling to optimize resource utilization.

Furthermore, you will lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance culture while managing special projects and providing financial evaluation for new initiatives and digital transformation efforts.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this position, you should hold a degree in accounting, finance, or business, with professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CIMA being highly desirable.

You must have a minimum of seven years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably with exposure to global operations and leadership within commercial accounting functions. Experience in supporting technology-focused departments or digital initiatives is essential, along with a strong aptitude for project management and financial modeling.

You should possess advanced technical skills in enterprise resource planning systems and analytical tools, combined with the ability to articulate complex financial stories to senior stakeholders effectively.
