Job description

Responsibilities

• Full sets of accounts and financial report preparation (P/L, B/S, AR, AP)
• Maintain proper Chart of Accounts
• Perform daily accounting and finance duties including receivables and payable processes
• Budget and payment planning
• Cashflow report
• Payroll preparation
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Liase with bankers
• Monthly stock take and update result in system
• Filing of GST
• Liaise with auditor and corporate secretarial
• Tax preparation and submission
• Improve and maintain internal financial systems, controls and policies
