Job summary

A leading building services company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated professional to handle payment processing, office administration, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in Accounting or related fields, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process payments through the company’s e-banking system.
  • Ensure accuracy of payment details, supporting documents, and authorization workflow.
  • Maintain payment records and monitor transaction status.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments on payment schedules and urgent disbursements.
  • Handle general office administrative duties, including filing, document control, and office supplies management.
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams as required.
  • Assist in coordinating office operations and maintaining a well-organized working environment.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.
  • Assist in daily tasks, including data entry, payment processing, and expense tracking.
  • Support month-end closing supporting documents and financial reporting activities.
