Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking to hire a Finance Manager with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Deep commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting or financial management experience in the commodity trading industry and be familiar with international trade settlement methods (e.g., LC, TT, DP) will be an advantage.
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Supervise and optimize the processing of payments to suppliers and collections from customers for efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain and monitor daily cash flow to guarantee sufficient funds for ongoing business operations
  • Maintain full adherence to all legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
  • Lead initiatives to enhance financial workflows, with a focus on digitizing financial documentation
  • Act as a liaison with banking institutions, internal and external audit teams, tax advisors, and corporate secretarial service providers
  • Perform additional financial tasks and projects as required by management
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting or a related field, with relevant accounting certifications (such as CPA, ACCA, CMA preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation in Singapore
  • Strong communication skills, those who can communicate financial matters with international clients and partners are in advantage
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (Speak, Read, Write) as you need to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients
