Job summary

A leading commercial real estate firm in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Ideal candidates will have at least 8 years of finance experience, preferably with a CA/CPA qualification and audit exposure from a Big 4 firm. This position plays a critical role in financial planning, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decisions related to investments and M&A activities.

Qualifications

• Prior audit experience from Big 4 or reputable firm is preferred.
• Ability to perform financial planning and analysis.

Job description

My client is a large commercial real estate plyer in Asia and is currently looking to expand their team in the Singapore Corporate Office.

Description

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports, including KPIs, variance analysis, and reconciliations.
• Prepare budget and forecast, including cash flow projections and preparation of management reports.
• Run financial models and scenario analyses to support business forecasts and strategic decisions or investment related projects.
• Financial analysis and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
• Ensure timely GST and corporate tax filings; assist with tax planning and submissions.
• Oversee compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors for smooth year-end closing and statutory filings

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, CA/ CPA preferred
• Prior audit experience from Big 4 or reputable firm with commercial finance experience in Real Estate sector/ REIT environment is preferred
• Ability to prefor financial planning and analysis while covering aspects of Accounts, treasury and investment related activities
• Experience in supporting M&A, due diligence an added advantage
