Role

In this contract role, Everlife is seeking a high energy individual to lead and manage the complete end-to-end sell side process. You will set up and lead the Everlife/ Everstone Exit PMO office with nominees from portfolio companies, Everstone’s deal team and select third party Investment Bankers. You will also plan the project, organize roles & responsibilities of the incumbents and support teams, schedule tasks, host steering committee meetings and report out on the project deliverables to key milestones.

Key responsibilities
  • Set up the data room and prepare the confidential information memorandum
  • Collate, organize and analyze data for the Group and its portfolio with multiple cuts and various avenues e.g segmental, geographical, asset etc
  • Coordinate/ Liaise with various due diligence agencies and financial advisors
  • Identify data trends & patterns as well as abrasions & anomalies
  • Compute ratios, KPIs and metrics as appropriate
  • Critically evaluate data for consistency and accuracy
  • Draw data-based conclusions and convert to effective narratives
  • Develop a compelling storyboard based on data evaluation and analysis using data optic charts and other visualisation tools
Position Requirements
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in sell side M&A or in-house experience with a sell-side process
  • Proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling, computing ratios and metrics
  • Proven experience in translating data to trends and narratives
  • Expert in Power Point and other visualization tools tableau, Power BI
  • Highly analytical, detail oriented and organized in work
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
