Purpose of the Finance Manager (Global Program) Recruitment

We seek exceptional finance professionals to join our Global Headquarters in Foshan, Guangdong China, for an immersive on‑the‑job training (0.5–1 year duration). Post‑training, successful candidates will be deployed to one of Midea’s overseas subsidiaries as a key member of our finance leadership team, driving the growth and sustainability of our global operations.

This role offers a dedicated career path in finance, combining hands‑on experience in specialized finance roles with cross‑border project assignments. Through mentorship from both domestic and international teams, you’ll grow alongside Midea, contributing to—and benefiting from—our global expansion.

Note

Location is stated as Foshan Guangdong, China where HQ training will commence. Incumbent will thereafter be required to be internationally mobile, including being based in Singapore and/or other countries per business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Gain hands‑on experience in finance and business operations across one or more areas, including:
    • Financial management, analysis, and reporting
    • Cost/expense and budget management
    • Fund management, accounting, and risk control
  • Perform day‑to‑day financial operations in assigned roles, track related projects, and propose process improvements based on insights gained.
  • Immerse in Midea’s financial operations and management culture at HQ, developing into a future international finance leader through on‑the‑job learning.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of finance experience in a multinational company (MNC) environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Globally mobile – willing to relocate to overseas subsidiaries as needed.
