Responsibilities

• Act as the key financial partner to the COO and department heads.
• Lead the annual operating plan process and financial forecasting.
• Prepare monthly management reports for the Board of Directors.
• Monitor and control operational expenditures across the business.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
