About: Our client is a dynamic SME in the electronics manufacturing industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support the company's continued growth.

About the Role

As our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations, driving strategic financial planning, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with a strong SME background and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the Finance team and Logistic Shipping Officer to ensure performance excellence.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and financial reporting using ERP (SyteLine).
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
  • Liaise with external auditors, corporate secretariat, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations, audit requirements, and statutory obligations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost control measures.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant financial management experience, ideally within the SME manufacturing sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to daily finance operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SyteLine) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
