Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and lead financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong education in Finance/Accounting, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in financial software. This role offers diverse responsibilities in financial management, analysis, and compliance with Singapore tax laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance/Accounting, CPA/CMA/ACCA certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in the beauty or service industries.
• Familiar with SFRS & CAS and Singapore tax laws.
• Experience with preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office tools.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with high professional ethics.
• Good command of both Chinese and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Lead month-end finance closing and prepare financial statements.
• Prepare monthly financial and business analysis.
• Establish and improve financial management procedures.
• Participate in contract and payment approval procedures.
• Perform regular tax filings and related work.
• Coordinate with auditors and meet regulatory requirements.
