Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain internal financial controls and policies

  • Monitor and analyze accounting data for accurate, timely reporting

  • Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance

  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards

  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending improvements

  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing

  • Work with finance teams to maintain proper documentation and workflows

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

  • Provide financial insights to improve performance and efficiency

  • Supervise and develop finance team members

  • Maintain full sets of accounts per regulatory standards

  • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses

  • Ensure timely GST and tax filings

  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and stakeholders

  • Handle ad-hoc financial projects and reporting tasks

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience

  • Proficient in accounting software
