Job requirement:

  • Partner with business unit leaders to develop financial strategiesand provide guidance on financial matters, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
  • Assist in financial planning and forecasting processes, workingclosely with business units to ensure that budgets and forecasts are accurate and attainable.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas ofopportunity or concern.
  • Prepare regular reports that communicate key financial metrics andinsights.
  • Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of assignedbusiness units, comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Evaluate operational costs and identify opportunities for costreduction and operational efficiency while maintaining or improving service quality.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to assist business unitleaders in making informed decisions. Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with business unit leaders,addressing their financial inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other finance team members and cross-functionalteams to ensure consistent and coordinated financial strategies and practices cross the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CFA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
