Job summary

A leading Singaporean company is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial management including reporting, budgeting, and compliance with SGX regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor of Accountancy and at least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a CA qualification. Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Group Management reports and budgets and provide financial analysis to Management / Board.

• Prepare Group consolidation, year-end annual report and sustainability report.

• Oversee annual budgetary exercise.

• Liaise with internal and external auditors.

• Preparation of Board papers, SGX announcements, shareholders’ circular and coordination of AGM/EGM.

• Oversee treasury functions.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and internal auditors.

• Handle any other ad hoc duties as directed by management.

• Familiar with SGX listing rules and corporate governance compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Accountancy Degree and candidates with CA is preferred.

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the role of a Finance Manager with a Mainboard Listed Company.

• Familiar with SGX Main Board regulatory requirements.

• Dedicated individual with good interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with the stakeholders.

• Possess the drive and dedication to manage time tight projects.

• Strong technical accounting and analytical skills preferred.
