Job Summary:

The Finance Manager oversees day-to-day accounting, finance operations, compliance and strategic planning. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial discipline, guiding business decisions, and enhancing finance-related processes and policies to support business operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring completeness and accuracy of reported financial results.
  • Prepare annual budgets and conduct comprehensive variance analysis between actual performance against budget and forecasts, highlighting key trends and risks.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, inventory, sales results to business plans, provide actionable plans and recommendations to the management.
  • Oversee AR and AP to ensure timely collections & payments and manage cash flow planning to ensure adequate funds for operational needs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Execute FX transactions and provide recommendations on hedging strategies.
  • Strengthen and enforce internal control systems to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure adherence to internal policies and statutory regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and coordinate with external auditors during annual audit.
  • Collaborate with tax consultants to manage corporate income tax matters and ensure timely submission of annual returns.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, setting clear goals to achieve departmental objectives and foster continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in managerial role in a similar capacity.
  • Deep understanding of financial principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with hands‑on approach to nurture high‑performing finance team.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong in financial analysis.
