The role includes preparing financial data, managing stock takes, and ensuring accurate reporting for management reviews. Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience with management reporting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze reports for management review.
  • Assist in annual budgeting and monthly closing processes.
  • Liaise with auditors and organize month-end stock takes.
  • Prepare product contribution margin/gross profit reports.
  • Assist in monthly closing for direct labour and manufacturing overheads allocation.
  • Assist in annual budgeting, including operational budget and capital budget.
  • Accrue monthly sales commission.
  • Organise the month-end stock takes.
  • Prepare quarterly GST report for approval in the tax portal.
  • Review and approve purchase orders.
  • Liaise with auditors.
  • Any other ad hoc matters to be assigned by the superior.
