Responsibilities

• Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Developing long‑term business plans based on these reports
• Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
• Developing financial statements, reporting financial status to shareholders
• Liaising with external auditors; company secretary and tax agents
• Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement
• Overseas Creditors, Debtors aging
• Cash flow management
• Assist in bank reconciliations
• Assist in the quarterly GST submissions, tax filings

Requirements

• A degree and several years’ experience in the Finance and Accounting field will be required to succeed in a Finance Manager role
• 3-4 year’s accounting experience on retail
• Can start immediate or with short notice
• An analytical mind
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationship.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (oral and written) to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and associates
