Job summary

The ideal candidate will support HR functions and manage payroll preparation. A recognized Diploma or Degree in Accountancy is required, along with knowledge of the Autocount Accounting system. This role involves maintaining accounting records and administrative tasks for smooth operations.

Qualifications

Duties and responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for assigned companies, including preparation of month end closing and monthly schedules
• Maintain proper accounting records
• Prepare annual income tax submission
  Prepare GST report and GST returns
• Support the Human Resouse-related work as assigned or requested
  Assist in daily operation task of accounts department
• Provide administrative and accounting related support
  Data entries into accounting system
• HR To perform administration related tasks for smooth operations in related projects and activities.
• Handles monthly payroll and salary report preparation.

Requirements
