Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore seeks a Finance cum HR Executive to manage daily financial operations and core HR functions. The candidate will oversee accounts management, payroll processing, financial reporting, and compliance with Singapore tax and HR regulations. Candidates should hold a degree in Accounting or Finance, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and possess strong communication skills in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in accounting software is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in asset management.
• Knowledge of Singapore tax, MAS regulations, and HR compliance.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts (AR, AP, GL), month-end closing, journal entries, collections, and payments.
• Process payroll, staff claims, and vendor invoices.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and monitor cash flow.
• Support quarterly GST filings, annual tax submissions, and statutory HR reporting.
