A community care service organization in Singapore is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Finance Manager's operations. Responsibilities include preparing general ledgers, managing accounts receivables, and facilitating audit preparations. 1. Assist the Finance Manager in the operation of Finance Department, including:
2. Assist in year-end audit preparations including audit schedules and respectivesupporting documents
3.Keep donation records properly both in donation system and accounting system and to assist with IRAS submission of TDR donations
4.Support and participate in other corporate functions and cross-departmental financial activities.
5. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager
