Job summary

Role Overview

As the Finance Executive, you will manage SHRI’s financial functions with precision while serving as a vital support pillar for general office operations. This hybrid-nature role requires a proactive professional who is equally comfortable balancing ledgers as they are assisting with the smooth running of the daily office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation of all entries.

  • Facilitate Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.

  • Support daily tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance to ensure smooth financial operations.

  • Help prepare journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain balance sheet schedules.

  • Assist in preparing of monthly management reports and financial statements.

  • Coordinate yearly statutory audits by preparing schedules and providing necessary documentation to auditors.

  • Support quarterly GST submission by gathering relevant financial data.

  • Assist in preparing annual tax computations and income tax filings.

  • Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent (e.g., ACCA).
