Position: Finance Executive (Japanese Speaking) (Job ID: 19581)

Job Description

• Handle financial operations including payments, accounts payable (AP), and/or General Ledger (GL), and assist in financial closing
• Responsible for timely preparation and accurate reporting of financial schedules/reports such as management reports, financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, corporate tax and GST reporting, audit schedules and intercompany reconciliation
• Coordinate and communicate with Japan counterparts on financial reporting and review
• Ensure compliance of standard operating policies
• To assist in adhoc duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can effectively communicate with supervisor, colleagues, stakeholders and business partners
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Competent in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Able to speak and write in Japanese to communicate with Japan counterparts and HQ
• Prior experience in finance or related experience in REIT/real estate industry is preferred
