Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support budget management, financial reporting, and departmental advisory functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial accounts and supporting sound financial decision‑making across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and monitor departments’ monthly budget utilisation reports, highlighting variances and potential risk areas.

  • Assist in transaction adjustments, journal entries, and funds transfers to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

  • Provide basic financial advisory support to departments, responding to queries related to budgets, transactions, and reporting.

  • Assist with ad‑hoc finance and reporting duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial reporting systems.
