Job summary

A leading consultancy firm is looking for a Finance Executive in Singapore to manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with Singapore statutory laws. The role requires 3 to 5 years of payroll experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel. Candidates familiar with the SAP payroll system will have an advantage. FINANCE EXECUTIVE

SINGAPOREANS/ PRs ONLY

($3,300.00 - $4,400.00)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Payroll & Financial Support
  • Process monthly payroll accurately, including salary adjustments, bonuses, allowances deductions, and final payments
  • Work closely with HR on system updates and on final salary payments
  • Handle payroll and manpower expense inquiries from employees and stakeholders
  • Administer the e-claim system and maintain approval matrices
  • Reconcile payroll-relating to payroll, tax, and employee claims
  • Perform other payroll and administrative duties as assigned
Controls and Compliance
  • Ensure payroll controls operate effectively and accurately
  • Review payroll processes, identify weaknesses, and implement corrective actions
  • Management payroll suspense accounts and ensure timely clearance
  • Ensure compliance with CPF Act, Income Tax Act, and internal policies
Productivity & Process improvement
  • Support digitisation of payroll and financial processing
  • Undertake adhoc projects and assignments too improve efficiency
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma / degree or its equivalent.
  • 3 or 5 years of working experience in payroll, and experience with the SAP payroll system would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Statutory laws (CPF Act, Income Tax Act)
  • MS Office, Excel
  • Organized and meticulous in handling numbers and data.
  • A team player with a positive working attitude who is willing to learn and adapt.
  • Experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
  • Able to adhere to timelines.
WORKING HOURS
  • Official Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Lunch hour (60 mins)Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
