Job summary

A leading professional institute in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive for a 6 to 7 month contract, starting in March 2026. The candidate will manage financial functions, maintain accounts, facilitate AR and AP processes, and support daily office operations. A diploma or degree in Accountancy or Finance and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience are essential. Proficiency in accounting software is required. Qualifications

  • Must be able to start in March 2026 and commit for at least 6 to 7 months.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation of all entries.
  • Facilitate Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.
  • Support daily tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Help prepare journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain balance sheet schedules.
  • Assist in preparing monthly management reports and financial statements.
  • Coordinate yearly statutory audits by preparing schedules and providing necessary documentation.
  • Support quarterly GST submission by gathering relevant financial data.
  • Assist in preparing annual tax computations and income tax filings.
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

As the Finance Executive, you will manage SHRI’s financial functions with precision while serving as a vital support pillar for general office operations. This hybrid-nature role requires a proactive professional who is equally comfortable balancing ledgers as they are assisting with the smooth running of the daily office environment.
