• Financial Strategy & Planning: Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support business growth and decision-making.
• Investment & Capital Management: Evaluate investment decisions, mergers & acquisitions, and capital structure optimization.
• Finance Transformation & Systems: Oversee SAP finance systems and lead finance transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and financial integrity.
