Details

Job scope

Finance & Accounting

  • Manage full sets of accounts including AP, AR and GL.
  • Support financial planning & analysis (FP&A), including financial modelling, performance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Lead bi-annual budgeting and forecasting, working closely with department heads.
  • Monitor budget vs actual performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Oversee product costing and operational cost analysis, including standard costing, cost roll-ups, and key cost drivers.
  • Identify cost optimization and continuous improvement opportunities in partnership with operations.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, treasury functions and banking relationships.
  • Ensure GST submission, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and tax filings are completed accurately and on time.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
HR & Administration (Managerial Oversight & Support)
  • Manage, supervise, and support the HR & Admin executive to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Candidates with background experiences from Production & Manufacturing background will be preferred.
