Job description
What You’ll Do
  • Own month-end close, management reporting, variance analysis, and balance sheet governance, including company budget tracking and financial accuracy.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and operations to provide insights on margins and overall business performance.
  • Lead or support budgeting and forecasting cycles, tracking performance trends to recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor operating costs, identify efficiency opportunities, and support initiatives to improve profitability.
  • Support cash flow forecasting, receivables management, and payment governance to ensure positive liquidity.
  • Manage tax submissions and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance reporting and decision-making through analytics and automation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, controls, and ways of working.
  • Coach and develop team members, collaborating closely with shared services and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that support business-critical decisions.
  • Lead high-impact projects and ad‑hoc initiatives aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Undertake additional finance‑related duties and projects as required, in line with business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CFA) is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance, management accounting, or finance controller, preferably in a complex or fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver high‑quality financial analysis and translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Advanced Excel capability with demonstrated experience in financial modelling, proficiency in Power BI and finance automation tools is a strong advantage.
  • Strong business partnering and communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, resilient, and results‑driven, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
