Job summary

A consulting and solutions firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage various financial operations, including daily data entry of invoices, reconciliation of accounts, and support for HR and payroll tasks. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, possesses strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and is proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of MYOB and Xero is beneficial. This role offers a performance bonus and company trips.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily data entry of invoices in the accounting system.
  • Reconcile Account Receivable / Payable.
  • Update the Account Receivable aging report and send out SOA.
  • Prepare general proof of payment and data entry for AP payments.
  • Handle human resources and payroll matters.
