Job summary

A local finance services company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Assistant. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager, supporting both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions along with other administrative duties. The role requires a minimum of 'O' Level/CAT/LCCI qualification and ideally 1-2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with accounting software is essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays. Transport is provided from nearby MRT Stations.

Overview

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team. The incubant will be reporting to the Finance Manager and work closely with internal and external parties. The individual would also be responsible for Account Receivable, Account Payable and Administrative support within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of reporting: Daily sales reports, weekly sales reports, AR ageing reports
  • Prepare AR statements
  • Issue Credit Notes and Debits
  • Issue AP Payments
  • AP Invoice / payment entry
  • Any other duties assigned by direct report
Qualifications
  • Minimum \'O\' Level/CAT/LCCI
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Familiar with accounting software
Other Information
  • Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm), Alternate Sat (8.30am – 12.30pm)
  • Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station / Admiralty MRT Station
