Job Purpose
Weare seeking an experienced Finance & Admin Manager to support our Singaporeoffice. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage end-to-end finance operations andfinance-related administration, ensuring timely reporting, strong controls, andcompliance with statutory and Group requirements. You will liaise with externalauditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial firms/agents, banks, and otherlisted company service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- ManageSingapore finance operations (cost center supporting the Group) includinginter-company billings/reconciliations, AP, payments, cash flow, bankadministration, and month-end close.
- Maintainaccurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation, in compliancewith accounting standards and Group policies.
- Preparemonthly management accounts with supporting schedules and varianceanalysis; flag exceptions to the CFO.
- Supportbudgeting/forecasting and prepare periodic budget vs actual reporting.
- SupportGroup reporting needs (e.g., consolidation inputs) and annual reporting /sustainability reporting deliverables as required.
- Coordinateaudit activities, including schedules, documentation and follow-up onaudit queries and supporting the audit sign-off process.
- Coordinatetax compliance with tax agents, including preparation of supportingschedules.
- Supportlisted company administration where applicable, including SGX/ACRA submissions.
- Supportdividend administration, working with the corporate secretary, shareregistrar and banks on documentation and execution.
- CoordinateAnnual Report / Sustainability Report production workflows (timelines,finance sections, and liaison with auditors, corporate secretary,designers/printers).
- Assistin board/management reporting, including schedules and analysis for boardpapers and management packs.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Degreein Accountancy or equivalent; professional qualification (CPA/ISCA/ACCA)is preferred.
- Minimum5 years’ relevant experience with strong hands-on exposure in full-setaccounts and month-end closing.
- Priorexposure to listed company requirements (e.g., annual report processes, boardmeeting processes, dividend administration) is preferred.
- Familiarwith Singapore statutory processes (audit, tax, ACRA/CoSec coordination).
- Stronganalytical skills; organised and able to meet deadlines.
- Proficientin Excel and PowerPoint.
- Mature,discreet, independent, and comfortable liaising with senior management andexternal parties.
- Availabilityto start at short notice is an advantage.
