Finance Analyst / Senior Finance Analyst
NHG is seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst / Senior Finance Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing management of bundled payment models within our healthcare financing framework.
This role will report to the Group Finance Deputy Director.

Job Purpose
Assist the Deputy Director, Group Finance in developing, analyzing, and optimizing payment structures that align provider incentives with quality outcomes and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
Financial Modelling and Analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models for bundled payment arrangements, including episode-based costing and outcome performance metrics
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and projected costs, identifying trends and opportunities to ensure sustainability of bundled payment programs
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to measure program success
Data Management and Reporting
- Manage large healthcare datasets, create automated reporting systems for bundled payment performance, and develop dashboards for stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to senior management and stakeholders
Implementation Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of bundled payment models
- Develop timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and actively monitor project progress to ensure on-track delivery
- Provide training and support to users to facilitate adoption of bundled payment methodologies
Stakeholder Engagement
- Regular interaction with healthcare providers and internal departments to gather requirements, communicate changes, and ensure alignment on bundled payment objectives
- Present complex concepts to diverse audiences using strong presentation skills
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Health Economics, or related field
- 3‑5 years of experience in healthcare finance, with exposure to alternative payment models preferred
- Senior-level candidates: 5‑8 years of relevant experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial data
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Macro, Power BI, and statistical software packages such as R or Python (preferred)
- Proficiency in other data visualization tools is a plus
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
