The Finance Executive will be responsible for the core operational finance functions, focusing on the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles in a manufacturing environment.
Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle, including PO/GRN matching, invoice verification, and processing vendor payments.
Handle the Accounts Receivable cycle, including timely creation of Sales Orders, invoicing, and proactive follow-up on outstanding payments.
Support the monthly and year-end closing processes.
Assist in preparing and filing quarterly GST submissions.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company.
Experience handling both AP and AR functions is essential.
Familiarity with any ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a bonus.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to strict office hours.
