Job summary

A food service management company located in Singapore is seeking a Finance and Administrative Assistant. Job description
Finance Key Responsibilities:


  • Support to the finance and operations functions by handling daily accounting tasks, administrative duties, and office coordination.

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Assist with bank reconciliations and cash management

  • Process and track monthly staff claims and business operating expenses

  • Some production accounting experience for costings for manufacturing would be advantages.

  • Support month-end closing and management reporting

  • Liaise with vendors, customers, auditors, and banks on finance matters

  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents for audit and compliance

  • Assist in GST tracking, filing preparation, and IRAS submissions

  • Support statutory reporting requirements e.g. ACRA, IRAS


Administrative & Office Support:


  • Handle general office administration and documentation for Admin & IT

  • Assist in Order Management, procurement of office supplies and services, generating POs

  • Manage filing systems physical and digital, labelling of products

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Support company secretarial documentation, forms and surveys where required

  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned


Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance & admin roles in Singapore

  • Requires accuracy, strong organisational skills, and familiarity with Singapore regulatory and statutory requirements.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST regulations, basic compliance (IRAS, ACRA)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g. Navision)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good communication skills in English
