Job Title: Shipping Finance & Accounting Manager

Location: Shenton Way

Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 per month

Work Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Finance & Accounting Manager to join our maritime and shipping group. The ideal candidate has solid full‑set accounting experience, is comfortable handling day‑to‑day finance operations independently, and can liaise confidently with banks, auditors, corporate secretaries, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate records in the accounting system
• Handle banking matters (payments, bank reconciliation, opening of accounts when required)
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, bank statements, and closing balances
• Coordinate with external parties including corporate secretary, tax agents, auditors, IRAS, MPA, and other authorities
• Perform general administrative support (document delivery, scanning, filing, courier arrangements, office supplies, preparing beverages for guests, etc.)
• Any other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience handling full‑set accounts (experience in the shipping/maritime industry is an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with accounting software
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking colleagues and counterparts from China)
• Meticulous, independent, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• Singaporean/PR
