About the Job

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in our Technical Support Team:

  • Support merchants by providing training, installation, setup, and upgrades of payment terminals (hardware, software, and network).
  • Respond to on‑site technical support requests when merchants need assistance.
  • Make scheduled visits to troubleshoot and resolve merchant issues.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high merchant satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum ITE NITEC or equivalent
  • Valid Class 3 and/or 2B license
  • Basic IT/hardware/networking knowledge
  • Independent, customer‑oriented, and willing to travel
  • Able to support rotational standby - Optional for Part‑timer
