Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
• Hands-on skills in installation, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of electrical or power-related equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-first attitude.
• Good communication skills to support customers, distributors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS systems and diesel generator sets.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct field repairs.
• Provide after-sales support through service visits and customer training.
• Handle customer complaints, product failures, and warranty issues.
