Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Customer Service Experience: At least 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist members of public in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools.
