Product Knowledge & Promotion

• Understand and promote key product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions.
• Educate customers on new arrivals, best-sellers, and brand story.
• Stay updated on latest fashion trends and brand developments.

Sales Achievement

• Drive sales to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

Visual Merchandising & Stock Management:

• Ensure merchandise is well displayed according to brand standards.
• Maintain stock levels, perform basic inventory checks, and report shortages.
• Keep the display area clean, tidy, and organized at all times.

Reporting & Feedback:

• Share daily sales feedback and customer insights with the team.
• Assist with data collection and product feedback when required.

Requirements:
