Qualifications

• Relevant experience in guest-relation or receptionist roles is a plus.
• Great interpersonal skills - friendly, tactful, dependable and discreet.
• Neat and pleasant in appearance.
• Comfortable working with members of the public, staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with registration at the Ronald McDonald Family Room.
• Help families check-in and check-out of the Ronald McDonald House.
• Provide general assistance and support to families when necessary.
• Ensure supplies are stocked across all facilities.
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness at facilities, light housekeeping when necessary.
• Assist staff in administrative duties.
• Train volunteers as required.
