Job summary

A dynamic household management service located in Singapore is searching for a Personal Assistant to assist with daily tasks, manage the family calendar, and coordinate events. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience, a Diploma or higher, and a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Flexibility to work remotely out of regular office hours is also necessary.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assist the household with the daily tasks
  • Provide daily reporting to owners
  • Supply daily schedule to helpers and drivers to keep operations smooth and efficient
  • Act as the point of contact for the household
  • Manage family’s calendar including children’s education activities
  • Manage family’s private properties
  • Upkeep of the house and supervise the helpers
  • Coordinate guests visits
  • Assist in planning and managing family events
  • Manage household domestic helper's schedule
  • Assist in running personal errands
  • Require to drive occasionally
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the owners
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • 3-4 years of experience as a personal assistant
  • Owns a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with initiative
  • Good at coordinating, follow-ups and planning
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • A grasp of absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Attention to details and stay observant
  • Service and result-oriented with a positive working attitude
  • Able to work remotely out of office hours as required
